This company was set up to provide bespoke and cutting edge services to government at all levels, companies, corporations, institutions organizations and individuals. Our forte covers general logistics, Car delivery, Truck delivery and general cargos services. We shape the markets in which we operate through solutions that are data-driven and built on sustainable and innovative technologies. We guide clients through major policy, and operational decisions to ensure impact maximization and risk minimisation. We collaborate with other stakeholders in the industry globally to improve on efficiency and reduce environmental impacts.
Clemza D Global Logistics ltd is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 7279469) and began business operations as a general logistics solution providing company in December 2023. We are also Insured by Cornerstone Insurance Company which is one of the leading Insurance Companies in Nigeria.

Egbunu Ali Clement is the Chief Executive Officer of Clemza D Global Logistics Ltd. Mr. Egbunu’s educational journey began at All Saints Anglican Nursery and Primary School, Makurdi, where he laid the foundation for his future success. He then proceeded to Avrugo District Secondary School, Avrugo, where he further developed his skills and knowledge. He later earned a strong educational foundation in Transportation Management from the Federal University of Transportation (FUTD), Daura, Katsina State
With a wealth of experience in the logistics industry, Mr. Egbunu has held key positions in renowned organizations, including:
Logistics Manager at Coscharis Motors: Where he oversaw the management of logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts to customers.
Manager at DHL: Where he was responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations, leading teams, and driving business growth.
Head of Logistics at Samsung Electronics: Where he developed and implemented strategic supply chain plans, managed supplier relationships, and ensured efficient product delivery.

Maximus Ugwuoke is the Director and Co-founder of Clemza D Global Logistics Ltd., a leading logistics company that provides innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients. As Director, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Under his leadership, Clemza D Global Logistics has expanded its services, enhanced customer satisfaction, and solidified its position as a leader in the logistics industry. Maximus has been instrumental in developing and implementing business strategies that have increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer experience.
With a strong background in environmental management and sustainability, Maximus has also driven initiatives that promote environmental sustainability within the company and beyond. He has successfully implemented sustainable practices, reducing the company’s carbon footprint and promoting eco-friendly operations.
As a seasoned professional with expertise in logistics, environmental management, and sustainability, Maximus has made significant contributions to climate action and resilience programs. He has worked with various organizations, including C40, Carbon Craft Africa, and Lagos State Government, driving initiatives that promote sustainability and reduce carbon emissions.
Maximus holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a master’s degree in Environmental Resources Management from the University of Lagos. He is a Commonwealth Professional Fellow and a Registered Advertising Practitioner. His achievements include being a Corper of the Year award winner and contributing to resilience and sustainability programs across 7 African cities.
